Who's who

InterHoublon is recognized as a national interprofessional organization under the national provisions (Articles L.632-1 to L.632-11 of the Rural Code) relating to agricultural interprofessional organizations, as well as the interministerial decree of February 10, 2020 (published in the Official Journal on 13.02.2020).

In accordance with the interministerial decree of February 10, 2020, InterHoublon is authorized to collect the Voluntary Extended Contribution (CVE) from the concerned parties on products sold by professionals in the sector, as defined in the interprofessional agreement.

The 2024/2026 campaign is the fourth campaign with three specific professional contributions (CVE: Voluntary Extended Contribution) for each segment. The collected CVEs fund a CVE action plan for 24/26, approved by the board of directors on December 5, 2024. The CVE collection will be conducted annually over the two years of the agreement.

For the 2024/2026 campaigns, the CVE contribution rates per category remain unchanged from the 2020/2023 campaign:

CVE for Hops Producers: The contribution rate is €0.04 excl. VAT per kg of hops produced and certified in metropolitan France. For quantities below 375 kg of hops produced and certified in metropolitan France, growers will pay a flat fee of €15.00 excl. VAT.

CVE for Hops Traders: The contribution rate is €0.04 excl. VAT per kg of hops sold, produced, and certified in metropolitan France. For quantities below 375 kg of certified hops sold from metropolitan France, marketers will pay a flat fee of €15.00 excl. VAT.

CVE for Brewers: The contribution rate is €0.015 excl. VAT per hectoliter of beer consumed in metropolitan France. For imported beers, the contribution rate is reduced to €0.01 excl. VAT per hectoliter of imported beer consumed in metropolitan France. For volumes of beer consumed below 1,000 hectoliters in metropolitan France, brewers will pay a flat fee of €15.00 excl. VAT.
